Services

Seeking therapy can be overwhelming, but it can be one of the most important emotional investments you can make. I provide both short and long term counseling in a nurturing and confidential environment.

Counseling services include:

Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy

Family Therapy with Child/Adolescent

Family Therapy with Adult Children

Family therapy with Step Families

Parent Counseling for New Parents

Co-Parent counseling with couples separating or going through a divorce

Helping Parents manage complex systems such as Schools, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and othe Professional Systems.

Premarital Counseling

Rates

Counseling sessions are billed at $180 for 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available if requested in advance at a pro-rated fee. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. You may pay me cash, check, or credit card at the end of the session.

Insurance

At this time, Cathy Zedd Counseling is not working directly with insurance companies to provide therapy services; however, for out of network, you can request the necessary receipt for you to file directly with your insurance company for reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged the full fee. Thank you for your understanding.
