My approach to therapy is one of mutual respect and collaboration.
You know your children the best, and my goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive and empathetic environment to foster awareness, understanding and positive growth as a parent, a partner, and an individual. My integrative style includes use of methods such as Family Systems, Parenting with Love and Logic, Solution and Strength Oriented Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
